We do not manufacture these devices and are not liable for manufacturing defects, software glitches, or battery drainage issues associated with their use. Electrical Modifications: Installation requires integration with your vehicle’s ignition and electrical systems. While we adhere to strict installation standards, SxS Universe is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues or consequential damages to the vehicle's starter or battery. Program Compliance: The customer is solely responsible for adhering to MN state program guidelines. SxS Universe is not responsible for extended program durations, license revocations, or fines caused by missed appointments, missed rolling re-tests, or device lockouts. Emergency Service: We do not provide 24/7 roadside assistance for interlock failures. In the event of a lockout, standard towing or service fees apply.
